Digital Marketing Lead
Location: Wolverhampton (on-site with 1 day remote working after probation)
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 DOE
Hours: Full-time

At IDM Design, we believe great ideas deserve great execution. We’re a small friendly creative agency working across branding, digital, print and video — and now we’re ready to level up our digital marketing game. We’re looking for a Marketing Lead who can bring fresh thinking, data-driven strategy and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
The Role
This is a key role where you’ll take the lead on planning, executing and optimising marketing activity — both for IDM Design itself and in collaboration with our clients. You’ll be the go-to for digital marketing strategy, campaign management and results tracking, while also overseeing timelines and deliverables for creative projects. If you’ve got a flair for design and knowledge of Adobe software, that’s a bonus, but your real strengths will be in marketing know-how and project leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, leads and engagement
- Manage and optimise campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, social media and email marketing
- Create professional and informative client presentations to clearly communicate campaign strategies to clients
- Use Google Analytics and other tools to track, measure and report on performance for clients
- Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent messaging and tone of voice
- Coordinate with and brief the creative team to deliver assets on time and to brief
- Lead marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
- Research market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities
- Support client projects where digital marketing expertise is required
- Be responsible for IDM Design’s own digital marketing, helping to drive traffic and leads via our own website, as well as growing and developing our social media presence and engagement.
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role, with strong digital marketing expertise
- Proven success in managing SEO, Google Ads, paid social and analytics
- Strong project & time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence in interpreting data and making recommendations
- A collaborative approach, comfortable working closely with both creatives and clients
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software and basic video editing skills
